Stunning location!

Lovely hotel in a stunning location in Kotor Bay. Rooms are comfortable, with amazing views over the water. It’s great to be able to access the Beach Club while staying at the hotel, and to enjoy a dip in the sea followed by a glass of wine. Staff at both the hotel and beach club are very friendly and professional. Looking forward to a return trip!

Beautiful!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The staff are excellent and went the extra mile to ensure our visit was perfect. I loved the beach club across the road, with sea access, which is free to use for the hotel guests. Only 1 drawback is the parking - or lack of it. Often people would be double parked in a very small car park, with very little parking available on the roads.

Beautiful hotel! Best beach club right across the street! Great price for the 5 star hotel… Ni only opinion is the kitchen is right across one of the suites and it wakes you up in the morning . Make sure you get a suite on a higher floor

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in September 2025 and loved our stay. The hotel is very well kept and very clean. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly and helpful. There was a great breakfast every morning. The views of kotor bay are unreal at this location. It is very walkable to many restaurants and there is a small market close by to get bottled water and other beverages & snacks. A long promenade to walk along the water gets you off the busy road on the other side and where you can get to the restaurants. We rented a car while here and driving around is easy and a great option. Lots of free parking at the hotel. There is a pool and a small beach club on kotor bay, this has a snack bar and drink service. The hotel provides you with beach towels. Overall great stay!

We really had a good time in this hotel . View was amazing, looking to the mountains and water from balcony . The only thing streets are very narrow and sometimes difficult to park. But it was very convenient if you rent a boat for a trip, they pick you up right in front of the hotel . Another thing we really liked the buffet breakfast, they had a lot of food variety. The location of the hotel was very convenient . Thank you so much to all the staff, they were great . Last but not least , if you need to do laundry, they will do it for you too. Thanks.

Very nice boutique hotel with beautiful views on the Kotor Bay! Attentive and friendly stuff, nice and quiet pool area, access to a water front (can’t call it a beach) with lounge chairs and umbrellas . Walking distance to restaurants coffee shops annd oyster farms. Hotel needs a repairman to fix some obvious items like peeling wallpaper in the hall and stained carpets in the rooms ! Other than that I loved it!

One of the best hotels ever visited. Overall great service and helpfull people working here but not all of the employees were so nice and helpfull. I still give 5/5.Breakfast was also very good and veried considering hotel only has 10 rooms. We had room in the 2. Floor. Very beautiful view and clean room. Parking was also included.

Really helpful friendly staff. Hotel has a great location near the lake. Lovely small pool area, with free sunbeds and towels, also sunbeds and brollies around the lake. Lovely spacious room, most with lake views. Good choice for continental breakfast including hot and cold selections.

Lovely boutique hotel with fabulous views. We had a sea view room which was spacious and great for sitting out on the balcony, but also you could take in the spectacular views having breakfast outside or from the loungers overlooking the water. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and local and we really enjoyed the different options. It’s a long walk into Kotor which we did once, plus there are limited evening dining options within a short walking distance. On a couple of evenings we walked 25/40 minutes to restaurants further towards Kotor. The hotel had easy parking and a small pool and there was a supermarket close by. The beach bar loungers were great and there was a large sectioned off sea area for swimming. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

100% recommended! Just in front of the lake.... and the views are phenomenal! We're so glad we were just outside kotor as it was quieter. The beach bar across is cool and wasn't too crowded. Staff were all helpful and friendly. We arrived at 1am due to flight delays and there is a 24hrs receptionist that helped us promptly. Spacious rooms. Definitely need a car there as taxis are pretty dear. We were about 10-20 mins from Kotor depending on traffic. Loved it ... thank you!

Good location is the only thing to say - the worst condition of a room that I have stayed in. No further availability. Changed towels every day was the only service provided, sometimes not used - always hung up. Some reasons meant we had to stay put, but felt disgusted the entire time. Not cheap and not happy.

Pitkä viikonloppu perheen kanssa. Siisti huone, kaksi parveketta huoneistossa. Hyvä aamiainen jossa hyvä palvelu sekä hyvät parkkipaikat. Lokakuu jo vähän offseason, säät kuitenkin suosi ja meri/kaupunki päivän jälkeen ilta-aurinko rannan tuoleilla tai parvekkeella mukavan rauhallinen. Lähellä kauppa jonka vieressä leipomo josta halpoja ja hyviä pikkusuolaisia. Lähellä pari ravintolaa rantakadun varrella syötiin yhdessä, hinta taso ja laatu vastasi kotorin keskustan rantakadun ravintoloita. Aulan kahvikone josta sai kahvin rannalle/huoneeseen oli kätevä. Aulasta myös pyörä vuokra, ranta pyyhkeet ja meri reissu jossa nouto viereisestä laiturista. Jos miinus pitäisi sanoa. Äänieristys ei huoneissa täydellinen, naapuri, läheisen ison tien liikenne kuuluu vaimeasti huoneeseen. Yöaikaan liikenne vähäistä, hiljaista. Itseäni ei häirinnyt, herkempi voi tuon huomata.
