"From the minute we walked in the door and was welcomed by Marilyn, we had a most delightful stay! Tho we were in town for a funeral, Marilyn's personality was the perfect fit for any occasion. All our needs were met. The hotel had welcoming free coffee, a spacious room. Surroundings were safe, quiet and close to restaurants and activities. A definite stay while traveling through or in Crown Point!"

"Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean—the carpet was dirty, the ceiling was cracked, and the overall condition of the room felt outdated. The reservation was made for three guests, yet only two towels were provided. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, which was noticeable immediately upon entering and remained present during the stay. This significantly impacted the overall experience. The front desk staff member was not welcoming or pleasant, which made check-in uncomfortable. Additionally, the ice machine was inconveniently located only on the first floor, making access difficult for guests staying elsewhere in the building. Finally, there were individuals loitering around the property who appeared impaired, which created an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience did not meet reasonable expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made."

"Check in and out was decent however the shower faucet was broken. I couldn’t even take a shower. There was no hand soap so I can wash my hands trying to use the hand and body wash dispenser all through one was empty so there’s no way for me to make sure my hands were clean. I had to bring my own soap which is OK but still the floor behind the bathroom door was filthy. I can’t even mopped in months the bed by the wall going towards the bathroom that’s all like it ain’t been mopped in a year. It was disgusting overall it was a decent day, but I wouldn’t recommend until they do a deep deep cleaning."

"We had such a relaxing evening and womderful morning because of the wonderful view and quietness. Staff was very friendly. The room seemed clean, the only issue was the toilet rim, it seems that bleach isn’t used on it. Overall, what a very nice place. "

"The staff was very friendly! My room the bedroom caroets need to actually be vacuumed and cleaned. It looked like someone puked on the floor. The bathroom faucet and bathtub leak water. The towel holder needs to be tightened on the wall. That room specifically needs a deeper clean. I do realize the cleaners do their best and have a limited time. This room needs a little more attention "
