"Loved the quiet location in the beautiful nine streets area. So many lovely shops and boutiques to explore by walking around the hotel. However, best thing about the Hotel is the Staff. I found them very kind and smiley and welcoming. Thank you to all the wonderful Staff for making my stay enjoyable."

We had a room in the newer adjacent building (they are connected) and were pleasantly surprised to have a lovely sitting room with the bedroom in an upstairs loft. "Fantastic location within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, cafes, and the museum district. There are also canal boat ride locations right outside the hotel door. Busy intersection but the street noise did not disrupt us at all. The room was fabulous - spacious, clean, and comfortable.
