"The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."

"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are: 1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11 2. "First time to Poland. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet but near a large variety of sights and entertainment options. Parking is off property but nearby. Would recommend. "

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town, just steps away from shops, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel itself is historic and you can tell in places where the floor and steps lean, but adds to the charm of the hotel. "
