"Receptionist unreliable with limited English skills! They didn’t clean our room! Bathroom was dirty and full of ants! We booked the pick-up in advance as requested, for the morning, because we had a bus, and they were in delay! I need to push several times!! We had dinner experience, terrible, limited food in terms of quantity and variety! When food finished was not replaced, even if we asked and several people were there without dinner yet! I strongly NOT recommend this resort! Very very bad...

It is also good to see the residence being occupied by short stay visitors from inter state and afar thus making the resort very vibrant and lively especially during peak periods and weekends. "Very good high end and affordable stay especially if you aren’t able to get any GW hotels. Only thing is that there is a rooftop pool that is not accessible unless you pay a seperate fee upon arrival because it is operated by Hard Rock Cafe. There is a hotel included pool on the lower floors though with a gym."
