"Everything was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding and friendly, the spa was excellent, the restaurant was superior food and service, the room was very nice, the pool also was very nice, and the setting was amazing. The jungle was peaceful, the monkeys were fun to watch from the outside gazebo. Very relaxing atmosphere, very elegant. A perfect trip."

"Excellent service except for the one night they came beating on my door. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was very clean. Moldy loungers so you didn’t want to lay on them. Gym was not available and my friend needed to work out; one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was it had a gym. No massages available. A lot of confusion surrounding the floating pool breakfast I ordered. I wouldn’t recommend doing that again. Staff at breakfast every morning were excellent and the food was delicious. "

"Amazing! A wonderful and private jungle oasis. I have recommended to family and friends. The staff was excellent and very courteous! The extra add-ons to make a trip memorable were great too- I highly recommend doing the floating beeakfast, the private dinner, and the massages!! Soo worth it! "
