"My husband and I came for Memorial Weekend and this stay was a gem! The room was spacious but cozy and very clean. Check in was super easy and the staff were so helpful and kind our entire stay. It was also extremely close to Heavenly Village area so we could leave into town and come back to our room very conveniently. Our room even had a draw curtain in the middle so if you had multiple families staying in the room, they could use the pull out sofa and still close the curtain for their own...

"The rooms were clean just had a weird smell but nothing to bad the ac was working so room was nice and cold working tv and microwave with a mini fridge it was nice and cozy the only thing is that the stairs are a bit old and need work staff was great they communicated perfectly no issues "

"I stayed in ridge point villa.Love the room, kitchen has all the utensils, pots and pans to cook, having washer and dryer in the room is convenient.Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. "There was a lack of support to get help unloading our items. There was only one bellman to take our bags up. I would have been fine with loading ourselves but they don't allow guests to use the carts. We waited 30 min to get help. More support for check in would be great."

"Not the greatest place but it wasnt bad. One of the few motels there that will let you bring more than just a yap dog. There is a dog area to walk them. It could use new carpet. I dont blame them for waiting since dogs are in and out."

"Very cute place. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, & I loved having my own private balcony. Property also has a little outdoor area where you can get a pint of beer, chill at the fire pits, play ping pong and other games, and listen to live music. Location was perfect, everything within walking distance"
