"Everything was wonderful. The rooms are small but very clean. The owner/manager (?) was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Our only complaint was the lack of heat. There is a central thermostat that only comes on at 5:00 p.m. It still felt cold."

"The drive in is gorgeous. Arriving in Glenelg, the location is remote, but very much worth the drive. Rebecca and Ian were superb hosts. The rooms were modern, clean and well appointed. The kitchenette was well stocked. The shower was amazing, but not so much as the view from the door. We've been to 19 countries on 4 continents and rarely had such an exceptional view. We will definitely add another stay here on any future trips to Scotland."

"Do not stay here! We had a 12 day trip starting in Edinburgh and running the coastline all the way around. We stayed in a different hotel every night and this had to be the worst one. The fact we were originally booked for two nights and cancelled the second and moved onto a different hotel last minute because this place was so atrocious. "The hostel was clean and comfortable. Room and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The view from the panoramic lounge was amazing and it was well stocked with board games and toys for the children to play with.
