Very nice comfortable room very clean great location!! Breakfast available coffee tea and water station even with sparkling water. Happy hour from 5-7 with free snacks and drinks. Highly recommend!

Hotel Intergate is 100% where I will stay next time I’m in Kyoto. The location is convenient for transit and shopping, the rooms are immaculately clean, and the additional amenities (lounge, laundry, etc.) were perfect.

Excellent hotel. Room was very clean and well appointed. AC was strong and sufficient and we were able to cast our netflix to the TV. The bathroom was very nice as well. There were other amenities but we were too busy to enjoy them. Coin laundry was also available as well so it was definitely convenient.

Great hotel in a central, walkable spot in Kyoto - far enough away from main tourist and shopping areas but close enough to easily walk to. The hotel, room and public spaces were clean and immaculately maintained. Breakfast was great in a comfortable welcoming lounge. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. We would definitely go back.

It's about a 45 minute walk from Kyoto Station. 15 minute by taxi. Plan ahead. The bathroom was above what I had expected, very modern and super clean! Purchase the meal plan, there is so much food to choose from; 95% is Japanese dishes and very delicious!! The bed was was very comfy. My room was a bit tight, best if traveling light (backpacking). Note - I do not know if there are other room size in this hotel. I will absolutely be using this hotel again!!

Intergate was a blast. The amenities were extremely helpful to alleviate the intensity of walking 20k steps a day in Kyoto. They had complimentary drinks at 5 and then a simple rice bowl dinner at 8 free of charge. The onsen was incredible and the room was beautiful and clean.

We travelled from Canada and stayed at Hotel Intergate Kyoto for four nights. The hotel is in a good location, and the staff were excellent. We also appreciated the amenities, including the laundry facilities, massage chairs, and lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast was available at an additional cost. Unfortunately, we were assigned rooms on the second floor, where noise from outside activity was disruptive. The rooms had very little space to store clothing for a four-night stay, and the bathroom had no storage space at all. The beds were reasonably comfortable, although a little too firm for our preference. As with other hotels on this trip to Japan, we booked through Expedia and came away feeling that we had been assigned less desirable rooms. While we can’t say whether the booking method influenced the room allocation, these experiences have left us reluctant to use Expedia for future hotel bookings.

Absolutely delightful stay at Intergate Kyoto. The front desk personnel were so considerate and spoke English! We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast buffet, but we're so surprised at the happy hour goodies, and even soup at night! The onsen was very clean and restful, the room was a good size, especially compared to our stay in different hotels in Japan. The bed was very comfortable and quite large for a twin. We appreciated the onsite laundry. We will look into this chain in the future.
