Rooms were very modern, looks to be recently remodeled and very spacious. Washing machine was a great bonus for our family. Air conditioning units were in the bedrooms as well as dining room. Staff were very helpful. Able to store luggage on first floor prior to checkin time for free. We were able to explore the area without dragging the luggage around. Minor nitpick - internet was slow/choppy during peak hours of day from 5pm till 8pm. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

A very nice hotel

I loved the room, location and bathroom. Very well run place. But make sure u ask for the wifi password at the desk because they neglected to include it in the room instruction packet.

We had room 101 with window well with smoking ashtray right outside the window well. On the other end was the front door, which was right next to the main door that everyone goes in and out. Everyday before 5am I was woken up by people going in and out. I tried to get out of this room but with the hotel being fully booked and they insisted non refundable policy. Expedia even tried several times and no use. We ended up having bear second hand smoke and listening the main door opened and shut for 4 nights. We were not informed that this was the situation! Expedia ended up offered us credits tried to ease our frustration. I have filed a complaint against this hotel by not informing consumers of the room situation and held firmly of their non refundable policy!!

4 kişilik bir aile olarak konakladık. Japonya standartlarına göre oldukça büyük bir oda. 2 ayrı odada toplam 4 tek kişilik yatak var. Mutfak ve banyosu gayet güzel.Camasir makinesi, buzdolabı, kettle ve mutfak malzemeleri mevcut. Odada 3 tane klima ve hava temizleyici var. Otel temiz, asansörü var. Her zaman personel bulunmuyor ama mesajlara hemen dönüş yapılıyor. Otelin konumu harika. Nishiki market, metro, otobüs durakları, marketler, restoranlar ve alışveriş bölgelerine yürüme mesafesinde. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

空間小，但利用的滿好的，有迷你廚房、微波爐、洗衣機，住幾天的話相當方便。不是一塵不染，但乾淨度可以接受。美中不足是一樓在半地下室，因此電梯坐到一樓，還是需要爬幾階才到大廳。行李重的話要辛苦一下。離阪急電鐵站不遠，到大阪也方便。

立地が良くて、観光・ショッピングに便利。チェックインは16時で荷物は預けられます。当日、入口の暗証番号等がメールで送らてきます。アメニティは最小限ですがあります。シャンプー、コンディショナー等は洗面台に資生堂のボトルが置いてあります。スリッパが使い捨てで履きにくかった以外は満足。

烏丸通から入った落ち着いた場所にあり、周辺にも店舗、飲食店が多く便利です。地下鉄の駅もコンビニ、スーパーも近いです。部屋は一見きれいに見えますが、残念ながら浴室/部屋の掃除が十分ではなかったです。隣の部屋の音が少し気になりました。スタッフはいませんが鍵の受け渡しなどは問題ありませんでした。
