Very convenient location to subway , spa center also plus. Room bathroom floor a bit high.

Great location. Comfortable beds and my favorite was access to the spa is invluded once daily where they have hot, cold wster tubas, sauna and showering facilities where and they provide towels and personal items. Close to transport and buses. Also there’s a big 7-11 in the first floor so duper convenient.

Lovely hotel
I stayed here on my last few nights of travelling alone in Kyoto. The location was convenient to get to shopping and kyoto station. The staff were all very helpful and the lounge and other facilities were impeccable. Be careful about getting here by cab because there is another more well known rhiga hotel called “rhiga royal” and this one is “rhiga grand.”

Stayed for a short time. Unfortunately the spa services were closed on Monday (one of the days I had hoped to utilize them). Overall nice location with a station just outside the front door.

Comfortable stay
Very comfortable hotel. Gym and pool (although and extra cost of ¥1080 per visit) East to be to the sights on short metro journeys.

El hotel es muy limpio y espacioso. Las camas son muy cómodas. También nos gustó mucho que está incluida la entrada al spa (onsen) y sauna. Repetiría!

仕事でいつも京都駅の辺りに宿泊するのですが、秋のハイシーズンで料金設定の高すぎるホテルしか空いていなかったため、サイトで出てきた唯一料金設定が他よりも良心的なリノホテルを予約しました。京都駅から地下鉄で一つ乗り継ぎますが、駅からすぐでした。スタッフの方々も親切でしたし、ホテル内も清潔で埃臭さもなく快適でした。また京都に来る機会があれば利用したいと思います。
