Amazing staff and very friendly. Helped me getting my lost scarf back by calling the bus company, printed out a paper with all the info needed and also hand wrote a message to the staff bus office so they would understand the situation. Room was clean and good size and we will stay here for sure next time we visit Kyoto :)

This hotel had the largest room on a budget!! I really enjoyed this hotel with the massage chair and leg especially after a day of walking in Japan. They held our luggage after checking out, which was great for us to keep exploring. The room's AC was always on which is great after a Summer day!
