Special shout-out to the amazing staff and the room breakfast, very nicely presented, proportioned and absolutely delicious. The bathtub is so deep and the shower is great. The bed is like a cloud. "The whole place is spacious, peaceful and beautiful! Japanese style room equipped with complimentary drinks and snacks as well as nice pajamas and slippers to use during stay. The shower and very large bath tub are amazing! Very close to great shopping and Nishiki market. We hope to come back soon for a longer stay."

"The front dest staff was very courteous and professional. He suggested room upgrade when we checked in and showed the reserved room and the new room which we liked his suggested room better. Even though we paid for this room upgrade, we liked this upgraded room so we really appreciated. Location of this hotel is excellent and very convenient to go to tourist site, department stores, famous street market and also close to the Kyoto station."
