"We were staying in Paris 9 nights and ended up needing 1 more night at the beginning of our stay, the place we were staying couldn’t add it for us so we ended up looking for somewhere else and ended up here. "Very nice hotel right across from Gare du Nord train station. Room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent. Best coffee my wife and I had in our 10 days in Europe. I am especially grateful that the housekeeper found a pair of prescription sunglasses I had inadvertently left behind at checkout. I called later that day from London, and the hotel manager helped me arrange to have the glasses shipped home to the States. I highly recommend this hotel for its amenities,...

"The staff are very attentive if you have additional requests. I requested for additional slippers and bin bags and they replied quickly. Also, they save you hassle as they do shopping for all your essentials long before you arrive and they are ready in your apartment. That for me is an extra service that I didn't experience in other hotel.
