"The property is located just a few minutes from Carlsbad Village. The beach is in walking distance. The hotel offers bicycles, beach chairs and towel. They also have a shuttle that can take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. We enjoyed the spa where we had a couples massage. All the employees from the front desk to the wait staff and room attendants were so nice. We had a balcony with a view of the pool and the ocean. It was so peaceful and relaxing! "

"Clean, spacious room. The shower was amazing- the water pressure was perfect. Fitness center was efficient and clean (a bit warm so maybe put in some AC). Breakfast included- delicious!
The staff are all friendly and professional. We had a beautiful view of the ocean right from our balcony. Plenty of restaurants etc nearby.
Our second stay and will not be our last! "

"Our stay was great! The kids loved the pool area and the room was clean upon check in. There were some renovations being done in the office area so the new office area was still accommodating.
The only downside was that the laundry room was not in working order. The washers worked fine but the dryers did not have any heat in them so our clothes had to be taken off site near the airport for drying, after multiple times of trying to dry our loads. I didn't know the hotel went through a third...
