The innkeeper Laura was extremely helpful and super nice as well. Breakfast is an additional cost, but well worth it – the Bowl Campesino is delicious! The only challenge was the hot water in the shower… lukewarm during our stay, but not enough to detract from everything else that is wonderful about the property."

"El hotel está muy céntrico, literalmente caminando, puedes ir a todas partes no necesitas taxi ni Uber, solamente el único lugar que necesitarías agarrar un Uber o taxi sería a la fábrica Aurora, que también se las recomiendo mucho. El hotel está súper limpio y muy lindo, tienen un rooftop muy bonito, con bar y alberca con una vista de la parroquia increíble. La atención al cliente es excelente, el trato y el servicio de Estrella y de Carlos lo hace aún más placentero, súper serviciales. De hecho todo el personal del hotel son muy amables! Yo regresaría al hotel Madi, sin dudarlo, ni un segundo."
