"The room was dark and cold. The shower took 3-5 minutes to get warm water and it was very weak. The staff did all they could to help, but these were structural problems. I would not recommend staying at this hotel."

"Came down to San Miguel for a wedding in mid-January of 2026. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the rooftop is a nice spot to sit and relax in the early morning or late evening. Staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed, from directions, laundry dry cleaning service, restaurant recommendations and pretty much anything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel."
