Be aware if you stay in Room 90, there is a lift to the first floor, but to get to your room you have to walk down a flight of stairs. Breakfast was nice, self service Nice that towels are changed daily. The Hotel is at least a 20 minute walk into the town centre. The Fire Station is right opposite the Hotel. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful."
