"Parking was ok? I got lucky with my spot. They have very limited space for parking when they have a bus amount of people as guests. The staff was very friendly and kind. They were able to answer questions i have asked. The hot tub and pool was dirty, so we didnt go in it. The room needed some repairs, extra deep cleaning is needed. We found food crumbs in the red chair, also cob webs with spiders in the bathroom . Which the spider was crawling on my daughters leg in the first night....

"We checked into the hotel for a 2-night stay while on a Disneyland trip. We checked in after our first day at the park and it was a fast & easy check-in process. Parking was limited but we were able to find a spot. No breakfast offered but they do offer snacks/drinks in the room. The room was a one bed + bunk beds. My sons and I slept like babies, the beds were so comfortable. Plenty of towels available. We took an uber to Disneyland the next day and uber cost was less then $20 round trip...

"Was in room 170 by the pool. It was serviceable, but with a major drawback: The pool filter turned on at around 6am and was a loud and constant whine until 7:45am. Woke me up and gave me a very unpleasant morning as I tried to ignore the sound and go back to sleep. Not possible."

"Absolutely horrible. The photos they posted are nothing like the room I had. The walls needed to be fixed, the bed wasn’t made and there were cracks in the floor. Then someone tried to open our door so we left after being there for only 40 minutes. I asked for a refund but because we “used the room” he wouldn’t let us refund. Never coming here again and i recommend you stay far away from here"

"The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work. "

"Room was decent nothing special about it the rooms were not properly cleaned they need a deep cleaning top to bottom. The room had big cockroaches climbing the wall they need better pest control. The trashs got full quick no one around to give you more amnities if needed. If your looking for a place nice for your family I wouldn't take my kids back again. The beds were hard and springy not comfortable at all. Overall if you need a cheap place and dont care about all that then go ahead and stay...

"Room did not have running water. Surprised the toilet even flushed. No amenities. No shampoo or even soap to clean your hands. Outdated rooms, with little to no modernization. Looks like this place hasn’t had a remodel in years. Sketchy place and people. Very outdated equipment and I’m honestly surprised this place is still in business with the terrible rooms. p.s rooms smelled like cigarettes. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION 0/10"

"Loved this hotel. Good distance from the main attractions. The highlight is the cleanliness of our room and the overall layout. Bed were comfortable and the AC is cold!!!this one is great because when you set it at cold it is cold and stays that way til you’re freezing! I hope they dont change it in the summer. Definitely will come back to this hotel with this amenity alone. My only very minor complaint would be the pillows, they have 0 firmness by next mornings you’re almost laying flat on...
