"The room is spacious and clean. It's a new hotel, everything looks tidy and new. Staff were very friendly and check in and out process was smooth. Shower temperature was a bit inconsistent as it turns cold for a few seconds before it's back to warm temperature. There is a nepresso coffee machine in the room but no kettle in the room and no way to get hot water. Location is 1 minute away from Suanzes metro station. However it is quite far from Madrid city centre (takes at least 30 minutes to get there). It's only 15 minutes taxi from the airport so it's very convenient for catching a flight."

"The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to many places for eating and drinking, with the metro just a 4-minute walk away. The internet connection was excellent. However, the bathroom space was extremely small. I have an average to small build, yet I felt very cramped in the shower—it was difficult to move my arms. There wasn’t even a single hook for hanging clothes. Additionally, no bottled water was provided, and there was a door that made an annoying sound every time it opened or closed. The towels were also of very low quality. Overall, the price-quality ratio is good, but addressing these small issues would be a great plus for the property."
