"I stayed in the Junior Suite for two nights while visiting Cinque Terre. Location is close to the water, cruise terminal and a park. Highly recommend No Name cafe for breakfast or aperitif. Plus an excellent restaurant, Pink Benny is next door! It should be noted that the building is not like a typical hotel. There is no reception for check in and instructions are sent via Whats App on how to get the key. It felt a bit like getting through an escape room at first but once you find the keys...

"Great hotel! The room had a comfy bed and pillows. I loved that there was a desk and chair. The room is really dark and quiet at night. Close to the train station so easy to get to Cinque Terre. Make sure to contact the hotel before checking in since there is no one on-site. I had trouble checking in because of this. Also, I had trouble with the wifi working/staying connected."

"The hotel is hard to find, especially at night, and has way too many stairs to climb and no elevator but the rooms are really nice! They all look recently renovated and are very clean and the beds are so comfortable! It’s also a great location and is only a 5 minute walk from La Spezia station. "Admittedly we booked this room in tbe afternoon, but it said check in was until 8 p.m. We got to the address indicated at around 6 p.m. but could not find a buzzer. Called the local phone number and they sent a link via WhatsApp to complete check in information online. This included having to take and send photos of passports, and paying the local tax using an online platform. After doing that, we were then informed that the room was 500 metres away. When we got there, again there was no buzzer...

"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."
