"We really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted on arrival by Donatella and Giuliano and shown our accommodation. We could not have been more happy with the room and bathroom. There was an area outside in the courtyard for me to wash and dry our cloths. The accommodation was close to the train station which enable us to get the train to Cinque Terre."

"Thi property is convenience, 1 mi ute walk from la Spezia Centrale and within walking distance to shops, port, San Georgio castle... the staff is very attentive to anything you need, place is cozy, very clean and safe."

"A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!"

"Staff was helpful & our room was good ( except beds were soft & we like harder ones). Property is in center area with no parking on site but close if you can find a spot or they have a garage about four minute walk. Parking is not convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Our room was clean & had a good view of the towt"

"Wir würden sehr nett empfangen und das Zimmer war super. Die Lage, direkt am Bahnhof ist ebenfalls prima und dank der neuen Fenster hört man die Züge kaum. Parken konnten wir auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen 5 Minuten vom Haus weg ca. 10€ am Tag."

"La salle de bain présente beaucoup de moisissures, ce qui pose un réel problème d’hygiène. De plus, la lampe est défectueuse et le rideau est cassé. Nous avons également constaté une odeur assez forte et très désagréable dans la chambre, rendant le séjour inconfortable. Par ailleurs, nous avons beaucoup galéré pour accéder au logement, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée particulièrement compliquée."
