Very warm welcome from the host. You need to find a timeout with him to receive the keys, but that is very no problem (can be aligned via WhatsApp in advance). We can really recommend!

We found this place unpleasant. They have a lot of room for improvement if they want to provide better service. The towels were torn, and there was a notice stating that they would charge 100 euros for each stained or damaged towel. There were signs of moisture throughout the entire room. The water heater was right above the toilet, so there was a risk of hitting your head. The walls are so thin that you could hear all the noise from the next room, which made it impossible to sleep. The curtains didn't block out the outside light, so we had to hang a sheet to be able to sleep. However, it was very close to the train station, which makes it a good location; otherwise, I don't recommend this place as a place to stay.

The owner is very inhospitable. The sheets were super worn. The owner did not offer replacement. The location is also ghetto. The paint was peeling in the bathroom. Avoid

Check in was easy, as Ciro met us at the prescribed time and was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Towels were provided, but there was no soap or shampoo for the shower. The only downside was the area. Being next to the train station (6-minute walk) was very convenient, as we traveled into Cinque Terre each morning. But as we noticed at most stops, the area near the train was sketchy. If you're okay with that, it was well worth the stay.

Property is very spacious and clean however only one AC worked during the night in the bedrooms. It's very close and walkable to the La Spezia Central station. It is right besides the train lines, so it's not very quiet.

We are 9 in the family and we all fit comfortably in the place. The place was close to the main train station and easy to get in and out going to Cinque Terre. It was crowded but very accessible. We love it because we got to use the kitchen and tge washer. I would recommend the place with my friends. The staff is so friendly and easy to communicate.

Convenient location and pleasant stay.

Host was very nice, great communication at all times and helpful. Apartment was very well located at just a few blocks to the main train station. Area was quiet and there were many stores, supermarkets, restaurants (highly recommend Bella Napoli pizzeria trattoria on Via Antonio Gramsci, 175/177, 19122 La Spezia SP, Italy: delicious food and great service), etc at walking distance and we felt safe at all times. Apartment was spotless clean, bed and bedding were very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice size and shower spacious and good. Would come back and definitely recommend.
