"Location is unbeatable. Only a block away from the metro and 2 bus stops within 5 minute walking distance. McGill University is opposite of the hotel and Museum of Fine Arts is also around a 5-10minute walk away. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. However, the room itself is old, the sink was clogged and we had to call the hotel’s plumbers to fix it. There’s a strand of hair in the bathroom’s towels."

"Didn’t realize there was a pool? It would have been nice to have a restaurant or place to purchase drinks or food items. Shower doors need attention ( sliding door needs to be adjusted)"
