"Clean room and easy check in and out. Breakfast was decent. The coffee maker in the room was missing but I notified the front desk and was quickly offered a new one. I especially liked the fresh ground coffee in the breakfast room. The water cooler in the lobby was also nice to have access to. Would book again. Easy access to I5 and JBLM- which was our reason to book."

"Staff is very helpful. Rooms are nice and well-maintained. Continental breakfast was delicious!"

"The plug outlets for plugging in a phone charger were so worn out , we had to keep the plug up just to stay plugged in the outlet to charge our devices . The bathroom was so gross and needs updated and the sink didn’t drain well. The place smelled of cigarette smoke . And when I went to check out at 6:30 am no one was at the desk for me to check out. I took the keys back to the room. I will never get a room at your hotel ever again!"

"They would’ve give me a refund on the days I did not use if I brought through them. But because I broke through Expedia, they said they couldn’t do it"

"Had to take care of business for a few days, and this property worked out perfect for me. Was close to where I needed to be, the rates were very reasonable, and had enough amenities to suffice. Bed comfortable, and room with good space. Good value."

"Really nice staff"

"They were very accomodating and let me switch rooms due to a noise issue."

"Holly GM and Jackie at front desk made an enjoyable stay! These ladies need a big raise!!"
