"Only issue was parking garage, double charged"

"We checked in late at night, and we had paid in advance for valet parking. The front desk people said the valet had gone home and told us just to leave the car double parked in the street and that someone else would take care of it. They out a $40 charge on my bill gene though I had already paid for it through Expedia. Besides that- the breakfast was not very good and one of the two elevators was being renovated so it took forever to get places."

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When we arrived, their system was down, and we had to wait for almost two hours before we were given a room. The staff did not provide clear updates during the wait. On top of that, the bed sheets looked old, worn out, and not very clean, which made our stay uncomfortable. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and the cleanliness of the rooms."

"Best location and front desk and all staff are fantastic. The gym and spa are great. No hassles to use and I’m A big fan of the pool and sauna steam. We go back 2-3x a year now. Michael at the front desk is the greatest but they are all top drawer."

"I went on a family trip for a week and got the deluxe studio. It had 4 beds and lots of space. It has no parking, so be prepared to pay for parking across the street if you take a car. This is also a hostel so if you don’t need a full room you can get a bed. The staff that helped me was great. I recommend."
