"Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...

"The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. "The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints."

"When I arrived my code for the door didn’t work but they very quickly sent me a new one. The location is perfect. We loved the pool and the hot tub. It felt safe and very clean. The studio had everything we needed they even supplied the little details like salt pepper shampoo body wash conditioner, it stayed super cool and they even provided a fan."
