"寝泊りだけでしたので十分に満足でした。 価格はﾎｽﾃﾙにしてはこのご時世、若干高めでしたが、価格以外に関してﾆｭｰｵﾘﾝｽﾞ・ﾕﾆｵﾝパッセンジャーターミナル駅から徒歩50分。翌朝は同駅へ向かうとき、徒歩1分の路面電車を乗車して途中駅乗換し駅へ向かいました。手荷物が大変楽で、一つのﾆｭｰｵﾘﾝｽﾞの観光をしてきたよ様に思いました。"

"Unit has washer and dryer available in unit, kitchen is reasonably equipped. We didn’t use either but it was available. We thankfully brought our own bed sheets and pillows, the bed had a mattress cover a top sheet and a comforter, but no bottom sheet. "

"We paid for early check in for noon and weren’t able to access until after 2pm but then locked out again until 4pm. There were no sheets blankets for sofa sleeper…didn’t feel like we got what we paid for or expected "

"The room was clean. FYI…they don’t do housekeeping everyday. You have to request it if you need it. That wasn’t a problem for me but for some it might be. The TV in the room was t a smart tv. For example, no access to Netflix and I couldn’t cast my phone onto the tv. These are minor inconveniences. Valet was really fast and the staff were very pleasant. The lemon drop made my MD was AMAZING!!! We were charged for 2 destination fees, but we could only use one."

"You will be in the heart of Bourbon St. it’s super noisy all the time, year round, 24-7. Bring or ask for ear plugs. There are no curtains on the windows, just sheers. You will probably also want an eye mask and to change in the bathroom at night. Or just embrace NOLA and show your bits and pieces. Just know what you are getting into. The hotel itself is lovely and a great place to experience the vibe of the neighborhood. "

"Arriving at the hotel my reservation was cancelled and I was never notified before money was withdrawn from account the day before. Receptionist had a terrible attitude not helpful or concern about the situation but played the blame game on who was suppose to notify me. I was told nothing was available for the entire weekend as i booked but was only given one night to stay because they had already took $380 i had to find othe accommodation to "

"What are beautiful location and home /Apt. Close to everything . Appreciate staff for answering questions quickly. And also the opportunity for a later Check out. Easy entry loved having a market downstairs, restaurants near by . "

"On our arrival, we were greeted by a mountain of trash bags in the lobby. Apparently, the trash chute/compactor wasn't working. The stench was overwhelming and even though the trash was removed by the next morning, the smell lingered for our entire 5 night stay.
