"The bed was hard as bricks. It was very difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. They now charge you ten dollars a day to park in their parking lot. Where else are you supposed to park? You're already paying for the hotel room. It's ridiculous. There is no free breakfast anymore either."

"Waited 45 mins to check in. After finally checking in. We pulled the sheets back and they was very stained, Telephone didn't work, tv didn't work and all the kids channels were only audio. Only 2 towels ,no towel for the the floor to step on when getting out the shower. When I asked for more towels she had an additude.
