"This is a very cozy, clean and comfortable hotel. The room was clean. It is in a perfect location close all shops, Walgreens, coffee shops, Chinese take out, pizza place and across the street from it there is a beautiful bike and walking trail along the water. The room has a refrigerator, microwave. Plenty of parking on the property. It is a perfect place to spend the night and not feel like you overpaid. The price is fair. "Positive: room was clean. Negatives: pool not heated nor likely to be soon. Heater/AC on wall cheap, made huge noise, 50 db according to my phone. Turned on every 5 minutes. At least it drowned out noisy refrigerator. Lots of sketchy people hanging out in parking lot all day, drinking beer, smoking weed, playing loud rap music. "The room and bedding seemed clean, but the furnishings in my 2nd floor room were worn and need refreshing. I told the front desk my fridge wasn't working and it was replaced before I got back that evening. The restaurant was almost full for their Wednesday night prime rib special."

"This is a SCAM! You need to be very careful before booking this hotel. 1) I came in and the they told me that I had to upgrade my current reservation to have a private bathroom. In the booking I booked originally, they did not specify anywhere that the room doesn’t come with a private bath.
