"The room was clean and well-maintained. Some of the staff members were very courteous and helpful, while others came across as less accommodating. The kitchen was a positive feature; however, additional charges applied for renting coffee makers or kitchenware, which led us to purchase our own paper plates and plastic utensils for the week. Considering the rate paid, I believe more amenities should have been included. We primarily used the accommodation as a place to sleep, and given the price, alternatives with additional features such as a pool or other amenities might have been more suitable. The location was convenient and close to all necessary destinations. I would consider returning, but I would opt for a more affordable room, as the current offering mainly serves as a sleeping space without additional amenities. "

Had to get a dispute filed on my credit card because management wasn’t trained how to handle guests complaints. I had photo evidence of bugs, mold, & water damage in bathroom…manager said you can send me proof but there’s nothing in there. "
