"We stayed in the king suite with its own gigantic private balcony facing the beautiful Lake Como. It was heavenly. Breakfast in the garden restaurant was excellent. Well run hotel with friendly staff. Highly recommended to my friends."

"Everything is perfect. Only if they provide shuttle service more frequently that would be perfect. When I request the shuttle service I was told 6am and 7 am shuttles were full and next one will be 11am. I have to take taxi instead."
