"We checked in at 830pm friday 4/1/26. The room was dirty. We bought $40 worth of cleaning supplies to make the room comfortable to stay in and safe enough to bring our belongings in. The Management and staff were inconsiderate about the cleanliness when we reported it, and would not accommodate us for the loss of our money we spent to clean the room. "There are only two reasons to choose this hotel: its low price and its location—a 10-minute walk to the city train. Other than that, it falls short in many areas: poor management, understaffing (one person seems to handle everything), lack of attention to refilling breakfast items, weak wifi, and non-standard blankets and pillows, to name a few."
