"We really enjoyed our time at the Hilltop. We were fully prepared when we pulled into the driveway with the contactless check in. The room was everything we expected. Breakfast!!! The amount of detail that Chef April put into each plate was phenomenal. The presentation was spot on. Then you take a bite....perfect. I believe breakfast was the favorite time of our day. Only negative thing was shared thermostats. It would not have been a problem except other travelers were cold and increased the temperature unbeknownst to us and we got really hot. That is no fault of the inn...other than maybe putting the thermostat in a lock box. If we ever head back to Hot Springs, we know where we will stay."

"The team is welcoming and accommodating. The only thing I didn't like was, an update is in order! The interiors of the rooms are painted a gloomy dark greenish brown with brown trim and very old furnishings. Instead of replacing an old cushioned chair and ottoman, an unfinished upholstery cover was laid on top. I never sat in it. The bedspread was a very dark brown the toilet was missing bolt covers. For Hotsprings being such a famous tourist destination, I can't imagine not upgrading! The rooms look like you're going back to the 70's or early 80's and the furniture is probably original. Gloomy rooms. If you want a cheerful place you might want to pass this one up. The team works hard and deserve recognition but, the owner hasn't put anything back into the asset but, the absolute bare minimum. Also, it's not in walking distance to bath row or downtown. It's next to a man made water theme park that is not supplied by the mineral waters. You'll need to drive."

"I was very comfortable. It was quiet it's cute it has a very easy check-in and out process. It is very close to downtown but yet off enough to not be too busy of a surrounding.And it is close to gas stations and stores for things that I needed. I definitely recommend and look forward to my next stay"
