"We booked a 3 night stay over 4th of July weekend. The price was an incredible value! Our room was good sized, with a not-so-mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a sink. The king sized bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower was strong and refreshing. Enough towels for two, that were switched for fresh ones. Every single employee, from the front desk to the housekeeper, was friendly and smiling and willing to please. My husband went down for breakfast twice. The first day...

"Property was filthy. Owner/ management had personal family in lobby in evening. Pool closed at 6:00 pm We checked in 4:30 pm came back from dinner went to room and roaches crawled from behind television and onto cabinet, had to jump out of the way. Filthy carpet in room and hallways. Very rundown. We reported to counter girl and canceled our 4 night stay. We went to Best Western which was very clean, very nice pool open til 10:00 pm Had all amenities, toiletries, nice towels, hot breakfast, very...

"The initial room we were assigned had dirty sheets but we were reassigned another room quickly. We only used the hotel for sleeping purposes however the shady happenings surrounding the hotel were less than appeasing. There were people coming in and out of a window on the first floor, unsure if they were paying guests. Hotels guests sitting in cars or lawn chairs in the parking lot. Most times made it a little uncomfortable walking out at night."

"Old and rundown on the outside. Room was updated and was clean but the old air conditioner on the balcony dripping nasty water wasn't great. I would not want to be alone outside at night. Nothing happened you just get that creepy vibe."

"room smelt like pesticide it took 10 to 15 minutes to get the elevator. The cards wouldn't open the door and it was people hanging out drinking beer in front and then back of the hotel and people standing out front smoking look like a lot of homeless people but the smell I could hardly even sleep. I almost left and then the TV remote was missing the batteries. There was a stove there it was missing a knob seems a little rundown for the price. Thank you"

"Very cute accommodation, big parking space on the property. It's very close, less than a 5-minute drive to the center of Mount Dora. Very thoughtful and reasonably priced snacks and drinks are available. It was quiet, and we slept amazingly. Highly recommend this accommodation. We went to two different springs from here and just spent some time in the cute Mount Dora city center."
