"One desk clerk was not very friendly "

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"We stayed for a weekend to attend a Tears for Fears concert. The concert was great, the property was beautiful, opulent and truly elegant. Incredible attention to detail, the food was tasty and we had a lot of options to choose from. We also visited a few of the bars and lounges on property, enjoyed some expertly made cocktails. Can't wait to come back to the Fountainebleau!"
