First, an excellent location, right across the street from Mirror Lake, and minutes to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. "Pool closed entire stay. Kids were dissapoijted. Comped 100 dollar dinner and a breakfast. Was told each day it would be open tomorrow. I would have stayed at another resort"

"Door was ajar when we first entered. Room was oddly located in a heavy traffic area which was loud throughout the evening. The room had a thick carpet which make the room feel dated. Bed mattress was squishy--not firm. And my wife could not wait to leave. The staff was friendly on check in and check out, but the price of the room ($350) I felt it was not a good value. Yes, hotel rooms in Lake Placid command a premium in the summer. But this was overpriced."

"Property is beautifully designed. Looks like the lounge will be a nice place to relax once it is finished. Back patio was being utilized by guests enjoying themselves. Owners were kind and helpful, and accommodating with a request we made which was so appreciated! We will definitely return."

"We loved our stay! It is an easy couple minute drive from the Main St area, thus enabling the perfect combo of quick access to Main St but also having the quietness away from there. Super clean, spacious, and exactly what we were looking for. Just be sure to read the check-in instructions prior to your arrival at the property as we had to check-in at a different location -- which was easy, but just keep an eye out for that!"
