"Better breakfast food needed"

"We booked a room for three guests that was supposed to be a queen sized bed in the room. The bed was a full size bed and nowhere for a third person to sleep. We were "upgraded" to a different room with two beds, but the beds were both single sized beds. The rooms were very dirty and dingy. The main hallway had a terrible, offensive smell for hours. All the furniture was dusty and falling apart. Floors were dirty. Bathtubs had hair. No hand soap. In the second room the air conditioner was being held together with duct tape. The pool was not swimmable. The staff was very unhelpful. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at."

"We were coming to Madison for graduation and majority of hotels were booked. We finally found a room at Days Inn but we had our doubts. We were surprised when we arrived. The rooms and hotel was extremely clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Free Breakfast was good. They offered a variety of items to eat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again if we are ever in the area again. We enjoyed our stay at Days Inn."

"The place was decent for the price. I was there for graduation and 10 minutes into checking into my room. The concierge person called to ask if I was single. Asked I was dating anyone.. I appreciate the manager for handling this situation quickly but this was just not the best way to start a graduation weekend."

"No housekeeping service provided when we returned to room late evening. Asked for conditioner as when we checked into room it was empty we found out while in shower. Hotel reached out asking if we needed anything and we said conditioner for shower. They said no problem Came back second night and the conditioner wasn't replaced. Too pricey stay for level of hotel this is. "

"Not a remote control for the tv.. two times some people tried to open the door, I don’t know why people tried to get in at rooms, if they were guests and only they were at wrong rooms or they were not guests and only tried to go into the rooms.. really I don’t know.. maybe need a little security and more cameras"

"The restaurant is closed on Sunday. Part of the reason we chose this property was for because there was a restaurant on site and we didn’t have a vehicle. Otherwise fabulous"
