"I regularly travel globally for both business and pleasure usually staying at hotels of this class. The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. "

"The hotel was beautiful. Our room was very big lovely bathroom and a lovely sitting area. The food was excellent including the wine. It was a family owned hotel and one of the best we have stayed in? As we have been to Seefeld a few times. The staff couldn’t do enough for you . I would go again and thoroughly recommend it."
