"Arrived early for early check in and still had to wait almost 5 hrs to get in my room. They advertise for many activities but there really aren’t many at all. No chairs at the pool for free or to buy. It’s like going to an à la carte restaurant, you literally have to pay for everything. You would think the resort fees would cover chairs for the pool or at least parking but nope. Stayed a week and had to pay $210 just to park smh. Looks beautiful online but it’s outdated and barely clean, hallways were dirty the entire week we stayed. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Will never stay here again!!! Visited family that stayed at summer bay resort around the corner from here, must bigger and cleaner property with more amenities and parking included. Would much rather have stayed there.."

Barcarde was the main reason kids wanted to go here and there was not card available to use until day 6 of our stayed AND we have to pay to get a card to load money and use which didnt last anything. Not worthy. Staff looking around in the pool were mean. Kids took off their life jacket to eat for a minute and they went and collected them right away and put them away even after we told them they just took it off to eat and were going to wear them again right away. "

"As soon as I entered the building there was a nice refreshing smell. The hotel was clean. I love the floors, no carpet, which was good since I have bad allergies. The staff was great."
