"Our room very clean and tidy but did need a little maintenance, ie. bathroom mirror was lose, main door needs draft excluder. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The food was expensive but well worth having Highly recommend "

"Comfy room, generous towels. Arrived late Friday evening, no bother getting a table in the pub downstairs for food- they don't take table reservations, so I wasn't at a disadvantage. Good wide choice on the menu and attentive service. There was a nightwatchman for after hours- what a treasure! He showed me how to access once the pub was closed, helped me empty the bags from the car and carried them to our room all with a friendly, nothing was too much trouble approach. "Overall experience ok, staff friendly but only one staff at the morning breakfast and have to wait for 20 mins just to order. Room was basic for Bannatyne standard. The standard double bed was very uncomfortable as it was combination of 2 beds joined together leaving the gap in the middle. Shower was flooded and toilet flush buttons not working properly. A bit dissappointed."

"We’ve just spent 3 wonderful days at The Beaumont Hotel celebrating our anniversary. We had a superior double room on the third floor overlooking the park which was accessible by a lift. The room was both spacious and extremely comfortable. Very clean and well appointed with a large en suite bathroom equipped with a large bath and rainfall shower. Quality toiletries are supplied too. "Clean room,all coffee, tea etc, cleaning staff lovely, asked if i needed anything during my stay. Had a meal in the main hotel, meal was great, staff great. 24 hr reception"
