We are "stuck" here for an extra 2 days due to the Kona stirm. Staff have been exceedingy patient and friendly and accommodating during this challenging peroid. They even got me to the local emergency room for treatment of an acute injury. Our room was gorgeous!

Very dirty hotel. Our carpet was disgusting with large dirt spots. There was dust everywhere. No soap when we came in. Light bulbs went off. Broken cabinets. Bathroom smelled like pee and the whole hotel smells humid overall. Braved to eat at the restaurant and there was a hair on my food. Stay somewhere ...
