"Pros: The beach is gorgeous and just a step from the hotel. The hotel is clean and the people are nice. Cons: The room need to be upgraded. It's a bit outdated, the drawers seems been used for many years. The top on my list is the resort fee charged $45.00/day plus parking fee $40.00, on top of these daily fees, they taxed it - I think almost 4 type of taxes. Wow, pushing tourist away."

"If you want scars all over your face and body, this is the place for you! If not then keep looking. I woke up with 30 mosquito bites all over my body and my concerns were shrugged off with very rude staff. Stay elsewhere because if anything goes wrong here you’ll be belittled and be alone."

"The property was beautiful. The pools were really nice. The room was very nice with washer and dryer in the room as well as a beautiful view of the mountains, however if our windows were open, we could hear the leaf blower every morning at 6 AM for about an hour which we’re not used to getting up that early. "The breakfast menu was good. The second day there were 2 pieces of French toast left when we got there and they were hard as a rock. Should have been watched more closely for freshness. However, everything else was great. Our room was a balcony side view of the ocean, not an actual ocean view. The room was immaculate. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. "
