"The staff were wonderful , the room was and bathroom and shower was very clean , they went out of their way to provide me with whatever I asked , one staff lady even bought me a phone charger when mine broke . Breakfast was included they cooked great eggs and bacon coffee tea was awesome . If you're looking for luxury and fancy this isn't it . "The room was tiny, the best part was the high water pressure of the shower. Room service was good, and cleaners were helpful and courteous. The check-in staffs were helpful and friendly, prepared and ready to help. The washing facilities were good for long term visitors. It would be great if the hotel bus service can be extended before 10am and beyond 6pm. The two lifts could be a constrain as it could be slow during high peak hours. Overall, I had little complaint. "
