"If could give this hotel 1,000 stars, I would! The decor was absolutely stunning and reminded us of our favorite places in Puerto Vallarta. "Very nice facility however it is undergoing construction a fact that we weren’t made aware of until well after the booking. They also charge a resort fee (why not include it in the price of the room?) which were not made aware of until check out. We also had to pay extra for maid service ( again we were not made aware until check out) and parking. Where in the hell am I going to park? The parking garage was full so most everyone staying there, drove there. It’s not the kind of place you walk to...

"The property was amazing.. problem was the resort was inundated with a large number of babies, infants, toddler s and adolescents. It was like visiting a daycare center.. kids in pool with diapers, dogs running around off leach and kids jumping in spa like it was a pool.., parents were feckless!"

"AThe room was dirty, wall unit came off the wall nails exposed, picture frame on the ground and nails exposed, spiders and webs everywhere. Couldnt use our patio furniture because they were covered in spiders and dirty, hotel does not offers free water, tea, or coffee, had several nights where they was no parking even though we paid $45 a night for parking, they charges my card multiple times even though I paid cash up front, front staff was not nice and one even rolled her eyes several times...

"The building and room were excellent. I parked off street and was steps from my room. I ordered a pizza and the delivery was smooth! The bed was amazing and I loved the sheets! The bathroom is upgraded and nicely done. I had an appointment early and the Villa is centrally located in San Clemente and the traffic was good too! I enjoyed my stay and will return! Christy B"

"We walked from train station and did not have an automobile at the site. Yet--we were charged for valet parking of a vehicle---$55 despite telling the desk that we did not have a vehicle and did not need valet parking. Please correct this error. "

"We were so pleasantly surprised about everything, especially the proprietors Dave and Joyce. This property is a typical, old 1950s Motor Inn on the old Camino Real. "Very clean, comfortable room, nice breakfast. Very conveniently located near town and right off highway. Laundry area was sufficient but only 2 washers/dryers in place. Parking was convenient however spaces were extremely narrow/tight. I'd definitely recommend this hotel."
