"My biggest complaint was the air conditioning unit. I had to keep just the fan on at night, since the a/c was so loud when it turned on. Made the room very stuffy overnight. The staff was very friendly. Their was a power outage in Dana Point plus other cities, but it didn’t effect the Hotel, thank goodness!"

"We loved our stay! The location was perfect and made it easy to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Our room was roomy, the bed was super comfortable, and the view was amazing. The wine hour was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offerings every day. As early risers, we would have loved breakfast to start a little earlier, but we appreciated that coffee was already brewed and available. The only improvement we'd suggest is adding more drawers for clothing storage. Overall, a fantastic experience!"

"I was not impressed with the breakfasts. As a matter of fact we tried the breakfast 4different days. We finally gave up and ate breakfast out the other days we were at the hotel. The oatmeal cereal was lukewarm warm, the bagels were a poor example of a bagel. The eggs were cold. We have eaten at other Courtyards and had excellent food. The room was clean. Most importantly the staff was friendly and very helpful."
