"Advertised as ocean view, which is kind of true, but you have to look across and listen to 5 lanes of PCH and busy train tracks to enjoy.
Additionally during our two night stay the room was never cleaned and basically no amenities.

"First time at this resort, it was wonderful from the staff to the hotel gift shop, the pools and hot tubes were great.
All the amenities were just wonderful, we ran out of time renting the bikes but again still nice.
Every employee we talked to was just over the top wonderful and nice, sadly it’s rare to experience this it seems like these days.
We loved the convenient beaches, shopping and restaurants all just minutes from this hotel.
We all had a wonderful time!"

"So obviously the location was our first purpose for booking let me tell you I have traveled for work and spent many of nights in hotels for business or pleasure I have met many staff members over the years, all the stuff that I ran into at this Best Western were excellent friendly, welcoming and very helpful when the times came I had an issue with the Expedia looking process and being disappointed and one of the staff members Napoleon without hesitation made one of my nights even more awesome...
