We were pretty disappointed with this location when it came to cleanliness, the plank flooring was very dirty, it's a light brown colored floor, so it seemed clean at first. "We used to stay at this hotel at least once a year, to have a weekend with a glorious beachfront view, and we could always request the same room. Coming back now, it’s a totally different vibe. Seems like it has been bought out, and the new company only cares about profit, not the actual guests. We requested our same room and didnt get it, and instead we were berated at check-in for booking through a third party. We wanted to do laundry (which they used to have), but they no longer have it.
