However, the rooms were amazingly clean, balcony view was awesome, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. We will definitely visit again and explore more of the property."

"I love this property! Great location near my favorite Aliso Beach. Close to Laguna Beach and and Newport but much better price. Great convenient parking. Good breakfast included. My husband and I like the suite …. 2 rooms with the kitchenette and deck with ocean view in distance. Lots of great fine dining restaurants nrar by. "

"I self parked later in evening and felt unsafe because the lower level parking was very dark with very tight spaces. Also the parking fee for cars is very expensive."

"Loved the location and amenities! It had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful- I could watch the surfers all day long! You have a shuttle that takes you to the beach if you don’t want to walk 2 minutes :) and you can request them to set up the chairs and umbrellas, get boogie boards. I find it a very nice add-on. Staff was beyond attentive!! Food at restaurants was very good! You almost don’t need to leave, but you do have a gorgeous area around so it’s nice to venture off to San Clemente...

"The location is excellent! The staff and amenities were great, with beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach in your room, plus beach towels and toys in the office. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the beds were comfortable. Plus a nice deck to Lou he on. Everything was very clean and seemed newly remodeled. Would definitely stay there again!!! My only complaint is the WiFi is not reliable or strong, so if you are planning to do any work while you are there, don’t plan to do it in the room."

"From the moment you are greeted by the owners, you can tell the care they have for you and the property. Is this a fancy shmancy hotel with a pool and a restaurant inside? No, but for the price, location, and cleanliness of the property- its perfect. The bed is comfortable as well. Its also a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute uber ride to the bars and restaurants. "
