"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Smeraldo. We arrived before noon. The hotel offered to hold our luggage until the room was ready. Staff offered us coffee during the check in process. They gave us a map and circled the areas we were interested in. The hotel is centrally located in the historical center. Everything is in walking distance. We booked a small room and it was small. "Nicely designed hotel in a location outside of the central tourist area. Lots of nearby restaurants to dine in. Hotel lounge was cozy and comfortable for work or play. Special shout out to Michael at the front desk who assisted with the private transportation to the airport when there were numerous flight delays! Thank you!"
