"The resort is very nice, clean, and offers a variety of activities that guests can enjoy throughout the day. The staff are very welcoming and responsive to our needs, which made our stay pleasant. That said, the experience could be improved by enhancing accessibility. Adding features such as a ramp at the entrance would benefit not only seniors and persons with disabilities, but also staff handling heavy luggage. These improvements could help reduce the risk of injuries and potential worker-related incidents. Installing motion-sensor lighting along pathways would also make nighttime walks safer and more convenient. Food is an important part of any vacation experience. At Kilimanjaro Kafe, the dishes tend to be on the salty side. The bacon is often overcooked and would benefit from proper draining to reduce excess grease. Additionally, closer monitoring of the buffet—particularly the chafing dishes—would help ensure that food is consistently available when guests arrive, as there were several instances where we had to wait for replenishment. On a positive note, kudos to the concierge team and the staff at Mogambo Springs for providing excellent service. Their attentiveness and professionalism were truly appreciated."

"A great place to relax"

"The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were very professional and very attentive. They were there to open doors, carry luggage, give directions, and always very helpful. The room was just the right size for us. It had a nice sized bed, end tables, a TV counter, which could be used as a desk, and a dining table with chairs. There was a small fridge and a heated carafe for coffee. The room with its amenities took any stress from traveling away. We would leave early in the morning and we’d miss eating breakfast there, as well as lunch. But later, we’d return to eat dinner in the restaurant on the 6th floor. What a treat. Again, excellent service from the staff. The food was delicious, with large portions to fill you up after the days outings. The Mactan Grand Golden Hotel is a wonderful choice. It will be my hotel to go to the next time that I visit Lapu Lapu Cebu. Thank you to the staff. "

"Oh this place was awesome. Breakfast had pretty damn good cebu breakfast. Absolutely great. Rooms were nice. Wasn’t a fan of the way our bathroom door opened. The door was in the way of anyone getting in and was a bit awkward. But overall was a solid stay. The elevator wont let you go to any other floor in except the one you’re currently on. Was a little unnecessary and annoying if you have another room you have family staying on and you can’t go up or down even a single story/floor to go visit their room. It’s because of “safety” because of foreigners?? Whatever! Had a good time anyways! "
