The window in the room overlooked a walkway between the room and the toilet seat would not stay up because it was too far under the counter and you had to climb over the toilet to get in the shower, but other than that it was fine. Room was clean and the air conditioning worked great."

"The best thing about this hotel is its location and its breakfast. It is right in the middle of Brighton and 5 minutes or less from the B Green Line and 10 minutes from the C Green Line. The neighborhood has some cute diners, restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast is decent, with waffles and eggwichs, fruit, yogurt, cereal and plenty of coffee and tea. The free cookies are a big hit. Housekeeping is available only on request, and the request has to be made by 12 noon. The rooms are clean but spare. The outlets are few and far between. There is a coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room. The hotel is basic but gets the job done. In any other town, it would cost half the price. But it is in Brighton, so you get charged way more. There is parking."
