"Everything was beautiful! Staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. This hotel is inside a National Park so you'll need wristbands daily (don't forget!). You'll pay once when you arrive, only $7 USD. A LOT of wildlife as the hotel is built around the park but still beautiful, small and cozy! Food was great too!"

"We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused...

"I would love to give a glowing review of this place - the room was nice and spacious, it was serene being surrounded by nature, servers and spa workers were great. - However - I booked on Expedia, paid the vast majority of the price at time of booking, and upon my departure realized that the hotel charged me the full amount again (plus incidentals of course). I understand mistakes happen, but once I made them aware of this they threw up their hands and put the responsibility on me to dispute...

"Great amenities and close to beach/supermarket Most communication thru Expedia portal went unanswered. Recommend direct communication with hotel staff by phone. Lovely pool and roof deck. No hot water in kitchen sink went unaddressed for entire stay. Very basic kitchen setup. "

"Breakfast was fresh but very late every morning. It started after 8am, i had trips planned and needed to leave early on fee days but there was no breakfast. I tried looking around the property but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Also, apparently there was a waterfall but they didn’t turn it on until my last day of trip. They also tried to put me in a different room than the one I booked ( Orchid Suite). I has to ask them about it and then they moved me."

"Everyone was so pleasant! The breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt and some additional items were delicious. I enjoyed the social hour and took the opportunity to talk to a couple of people. Jose and another concierge made perfect recommendations for excursions."

"While the resort was nice, it was also a bit dated. It also lacked a bit of liveliness. There was some entertainment scheduled but there wasn’t any music playing at the pools or live entertainment throughout the day. The pools also closed earl. Housekeeping was spotty with their service. Sometimes they would come even if you put the light on to request the room to be cleaned. Room service was great but dirty dishes were not consistently picked up. Bar drinks were good!"

"Loved everything about this stay. The hotel feels fresh, youthful, and vibrant. The rooms are compact but super smart and clean, with great tech. The rooftop pool area is stunning and a fantastic place to unwind. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. An absolute gem of a hotel if you appreciate smart design and a great atmosphere!"
